Refund & Cancellation policy

No refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed all sales are final

Any open product cannot be returned. 

There are absolutely no exchanges for any reason. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products/wrong products within 14 days of receipt of the package. The customer must provide photos of the issue, including a packing slip.

Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS. You can reach out to support@chapoextrax.com and we will be happy to help. Chapo Extrax is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Age Verification & Auto-Canceled Orders

Per FDA Laws and Regulations, it is illegal to sell to any minors. If the age verification fails, we can attempt to verify by other means if we feel that there has been a mistake. This decision is up to Chapo Extrax, and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. 

Coupon Codes & Sales

Only one coupon code is applicable per order.  If you are having an issue with a coupon code, please contact us so we can help you place your order!

If you have missed a sale, we, unfortunately, cannot honor those sale prices once they have passed.  Keep an eye out for future specials and weekend sales!
